According to the company, the paid version of the website was still experimental, but provided access during peak periods, no downtime, priority access to new features, and faster response speeds.

That said, it’s still vulnerable to factual inaccuracies and hallucinations, while data sourced from the web isn’t necessarily the most up-to-date. The paid experience is faster and more accurate than the free tier, turning up better quality responses across a range of queries and topics. The quality of its responses often depends on the wording and context of the prompt, which can vary significantly.

The uses and potential of ChatGPT in health care has been the topic of scientific publications and experts have shared many opinions. Many companies adopted ChatGPT and similar chatbot technologies into their product offers. The dangers are that “meaningless content and writing thereby becomes part of our culture, particularly on social media, which we nonetheless try to understand or fit into our existing cultural horizon.” This has led to concern over the rise of what has come to be called “synthetic media” and “AI slop” which are generated by AI and rapidly spread over social media and the internet. The Guardian questioned whether any content found on the Internet after ChatGPT’s release “can be truly trusted” and called for government regulation.

A May 2023 statement by hundreds of AI scientists, AI industry leaders, and other public figures demanded that “mitigating the risk of extinction from AI should be a global priority”. Geoffrey Hinton, one of the “fathers of AI”, voiced concerns that future AI systems may surpass human intelligence. OpenAI said it has taken steps to effectively clarify and address the issues raised; an age verification tool was implemented to ensure users are at least 13 years old.

ChatGPT can find more up-to-date information by searching the web, but this doesn’t ensure that responses are accurate, as it may access unreliable or misleading websites. In October 2025, OpenAI reported that approximately 0.15% of ChatGPT’s active users in a given week have conversations including explicit indicators of potential suicidal planning or intent, translating to more than a million people weekly. It was capable of autonomously performing tasks through web browser interactions, including filling forms, placing online orders, scheduling appointments, and other browser-based tasks. At launch, OpenAI included more than 3 million GPTs created by GPT Builder users in the GPT Store. On August 19, 2025, OpenAI launched ChatGPT Go in India, a low-cost subscription plan priced at ₹399 per month, offering ten times higher message, image generation, and file-upload limits, double the memory span compared to the free version, and support for UPI payments. The integration used ChatGPT to write prompts for DALL-E guided by conversations with users.

The AI chatbot tries its best to avoid explicit, violent or discriminatory content. Famously, the chatbot’s responses are not always accurate and it’s known to hallucinate facts. It can create personalized workout plans, generate business ideas and even act as your therapist. ChatGPT can create computer code from natural language instructions or troubleshoot existing code.

The chatbot can facilitate academic dishonesty, generate misinformation, and create malicious code. Even with real-time web access enabled, ChatGPT is prone to responding with factual inaccuracies. The Team option is priced at $25 (about £19 / AU$38) per user per month and allows users to create and share custom GPTs within a workspace. Hitting the ‘Reason’ button on a query gives you limited access to the ChatGPT o1 model.

AI ChatBot Assistant: AskEasy

Trained on huge amounts of data, it can process written prompts and generate contextual answers which feel like you’re chatting to a human in real time. Despite decades of using AI, Wall Street professionals report that consistently beating the market with AI, including recent large language models, is challenging due to limited and noisy financial data. Over many iterations of ChatGPT, plus users maintained more access to better models than the free tier provided, and access to additional features like voice mode. The model can also generate new images based on existing ones provided in the prompt, which can, for example, be used to transform images with specific styles or inpaint areas. Built on Large Language Models, it’s able to understand human queries written as plain text prompts and generate conversational responses.

Free users are limited in how many images they can generate per day or in a rolling window (see OpenAI’s support page for current rate limits). In January 2023, the International Conference on Machine Learning banned any undocumented use of ChatGPT or other large language models to generate any text in submitted papers. This includes text-to-image models such as Stable Diffusion and large language models such as ChatGPT. In the 2020s, the rapid advancement of deep learning-based generative artificial intelligence models raised questions about the copyright status of AI-generated works, and about whether copyright infringement occurs when such are trained or used. In the reinforcement learning stage, human trainers first ranked responses generated by the model in previous conversations.
